Description: Responsible for providing physical therapy to patients suffering from a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. This position will be primarily outpatient based however the need may arise for the therapist to cross over to inpatient depending upon staffing and census.

Provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments to appropriate patients to facilitate their return to prior level of functioning as prescribed by physician. Adheres to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.
